Cancellation Policy
A credit/debit card is required to hold your appointment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits will go towards your service total once complete. Appointments cancelled within 12 hours of reserved time or in the case of which clients are a “No Show” will incur a charge of 30% of the service(s) total dollar amount that are scheduled. If you are over 7 minutes late for your appointment, you may have to reschedule if your service cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If there is no communication from you within 7 minutes into your appointment time, it is considered a “No Show.” Your card will be charged 30% of the scheduled service(s) total dollar amount, and you will forfeit your deposit as well. At Bare Necessities, I value your time as well as mine. It is only fair to honor the same policies that I hold my clients to. In the event that I have to cancel your appointment due to weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances with less than 12 hours notice, you will receive 50% off of scheduled services when the identical services are rebooked. If you run into any unforeseen circumstances the day of your appointment, please reach out to me as soon as possible. Thank you for your loyalty.
